Skill Level

- Mint, pink, lilac and orange felt scraps
- Polka-dot and lace ribbons for the bow
- Twisted cord or yarn for the hat band
- Buttons, small beads or pearls and a snowflake charm
- Thin wadding for padding
- Embroidery floss, a hand needle, scissors and jute twine
- 2 small pine and berry picks (optional)
