Why Digital Files Are Non-Refundable
Our PDF sewing patterns download instantly. Once you have the file, we cannot take it back. So we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
When We Will Make It Right
- Your file won’t open or is damaged.
- You received the wrong pattern.
- You were charged twice for one order.
In any of these cases, we will send a working file, the right pattern or a refund.
