Buying a Pattern
What do I get when I buy a PDF sewing pattern?
You get a digital file. It has the printable pattern pieces and step-by-step sewing instructions.
Will you mail me a paper pattern?
No. Every pattern in our shop is digital. We do not ship anything.
What payment methods do you accept?
You will see all payment options at checkout. Card payments are processed by a secure payment provider.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes it easier to download your files again later.
Downloading and Printing
How do I get my pattern after I pay?
The download button shows up right after checkout. We also email you the link. You can always find your files in My Account under Downloads. Read our download guide for step-by-step help.
Can I print the pattern at home?
Yes. The pieces print on US Letter or A4 paper. Always print at 100% scale. Our printing guide shows you how.
What program do I need to open the file?
Use Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is free and prints patterns at the right size.
My download link does not work. What should I do?
Email us with your order number. We will send you a fresh link.
Sizing and Skill Level
What sizes come with each pattern?
Each product page lists the sizes. Check the size chart before you buy.
Are your patterns good for beginners?
Many of them are. Start with our beginner sewing patterns. Christmas ornaments and door hangings are also quick, easy first projects.
Using Your Pattern
Can I sell items I make from your patterns?
Yes. You can sell small batches of handmade items. You may not share, copy or resell the pattern file. See our Terms and Conditions.
Can I share the pattern with a friend?
Please don’t. Each purchase covers one person. Send your friend a link to the shop instead. It helps a small business keep going.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files can’t be returned. But if your file is broken or wrong, we will make it right. Read our Refund Policy.
